Die 5-gruppige Kindertagesstätte in Holzbauweise leuchtet von weiten durch ihre farbenfrohen Giebelhäuschen und die aufgelockerte Bauweise. Das hügelig angelegte Außengelände lädt durch viele detaillierte Spielbereiche zur Erkundung ein.

Ein Office-Konzept für die Zukunft der Arbeit: Das Headquarter in Geroldswil wird zu einem Zentrum für partizipatives Arbeiten. Unter dem Leitgedanken „People-Process-Places“ wurde entlang der ESG-Richtl. die Vision einer nachhaltigen New-Work-Kultur mit Leben gefüllt u.ein Bürokonzept entwickelt, das ökologisch, ökonomisch und sozial funktioniert.

Das Haus Elsternstieg aus Holz und Lehm gebaut setzt als „klimapositives Gebäude“ neue Maßstäbe für den Neubau. Der Holzbau, eine große PV-Anlage und der Verzicht auf einen Keller sind dabei die wichtigsten Elemente. Lehm-Wandheizungen sorgen für angenehmes Wohnklima im Inneren.

Vom Ziegel zum Licht: Umbau eines Offiziershauses der ehemaligen Trainkaserne Münster: Ein neuer Dachaufbau aus Stahl, Holz und Glas erweitert den Ziegelbau zu einem Atelierwohnhaus. Alt und Neu verschmelzen in einem fließenden Übergang mit klarer Lichtführung.

The site features a steep 27-meter slope, equal to a nine-story building. Inspired by informal settlements, OMA designs a chequerboard layout of blocks and courtyards. The terrain allows each building to overlook the next, offering varied views. Despite high density, 70% of the area is kept open for public plazas and green spaces.

AbA Residence is a residential complex comprising a hybrid of semi-detached and terraced villas near Tirana. Organized on seven terraced levels responding to the sloped site, each villa features dual-level access, flexible living areas, two bedrooms, and rooftop terraces with panoramic views, blending nature with modern design.

The architectural design is in harmony with the natural environment, a product of sensitivity to the natural surroundings and the presence of the tourist village. The proposal is designed to respect the nature and existing buildings of the village, with the design of the project serving as an organic extension of both.

The MARGA 2 project integrates sustainability through energy-efficient ventilated façades and recyclable materials. Its modular, minimalist design ensures material sufficiency, while cradle-to-cradle principles enable easy disassembly and reuse, promoting a durable, eco-friendly urban housing solution.

The architectural aesthetic is designed by FRPO & Selgascano Architectural Studio in harmony with nature, emerging as a product of sensitivity towards the natural environment. The proposal respects both nature and the existing structures in the area, with the project design serving as an organic extension of both.

Architecture is more than building; it is a reflection of culture, emotion, and intention. In designing OxA Residence, our approach was guided by a deep commitment to human-centered living, environmental sensitivity, and the creation of meaningful connections—between people, between spaces, and with nature.
